Tofu -Nasoya - And vegetables - toddler lunch

Easy,fast and babies love em! Tofu ready to eat and steamed yellow squash and zucchini. The vegetables are bought cut and ready to steam.
I brown the tofu in a frying pan a little on each side. As tofu is browning I steam the yellow squash and zucchini in the microwave for two minutes. Cut the tofu in small squares and slice up the vegetables for easy pick up . VoilĂ ! Easy , fast for mommy to make and baby loves it! Packed with protein too ❤️
